Argentine-Armenian Chamber launches business forum with investment opportunities and prospects

The Argentine-Armenian Chamber of Industry, Commerce, and Other Economic Activities will launch the Armenian-Argentine Business Forum, a platform that will bring together prominent figures in investment and business, events focused on economic opportunities and prospects between the two countries.

This meeting will take place on December 9 at the Coral Hall of the Alvear Icon Hotel in Puerto Madero and will feature an agenda of presentations on economic potential for cooperation between Armenia and Argentina.

The event will be opened by Armenian Ambassador to Argentina Hovhannes Virabyan, who will be accompanied by Secretary for International Economic Relations, Ambassador Néctar Marcelo Cima. Levon Ohanesyan, Director General of the Enterprise Armenia Agency, and Miguel Harutiunian, Vice President of the Argentine-Armenian Chamber, will also take part in this welcoming ceremony.

One of the highlights of the day will be the presentation by Lilit Haroyan, Head of the Investment Promotion and Foreign Relations Department of Enterprise Armenia. Haroyan will speak about the investment sector in Armenia, providing in detail the opportunities for business and economic development in strategic sectors of the country. Then the attendees will have the opportunity to talk with Gohar Galyan, Director for Investment Affairs of the same agency, and Vahagn Mughnetsyan, Head of the Investment Support and Post-Investment Services Department, in the question-answer format.

The forum will also host a panel discussion titled “From Investment Initiatives to Reality: Successful Investment Stories,” moderated by Galyan. The panel will feature representatives of Armenian companies in various sectors, including tourism, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, textiles, IT, and winemaking. The panelists will share their successful stories and prospects, providing the attendees with an insight into the processes and challenges faced by investors in Armenia.
