Turkey bans entry for Canadian journalist for criticizing Azerbaijan and covering events in Artsakh

Turkey banned the entry of Canadian journalist Neil Hauer, who flew from Yerevan to Istanbul. He was informed that he was “on the blacklist”, detained for 16 hours and deported back.

Neil Hauer assumed that the ban was related to his criticism of Azerbaijan and his reports about the events that took place in Artsakh, including ethnic cleansing.
