Armenia’s representatives speak from different positions at the negotiating table, which is one of the obstacles to signing a peace agreement with Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov said during the conference “The main obstacle to the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia”.
“One of the key obstacles is that the Armenian Constitution contains territorial claims against Azerbaijan. The second obstacle is that when sitting around the negotiating table, the members of the Armenian delegation speak from different positions,” he said.
Earlier, Armenia said it had reached an agreement with Baku on 90% of the text of the peace deal.
