Azerbaijani FM again demands changes to Armenian Constitution

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov again demanded Armenia change its Constitution and underscored the importance of finalizing the peace agreement.

At the same time, he noted that Azerbaijan will continue its “constructive efforts to achieve progress in signing the peace agreement.”
