Central Bank President’s statement covers up banks’ illegal actions — protester

Armenian citizens who have fallen victim to bank fraud are protesting outside the Central Bank of Armenia. The protesters claim that loans were issued in their names by banks with which they have no affiliation.

The citizens note that the President of the Central Bank’s statement about freezing the loans of fraud victims is false. According to them, this statement is merely an attempt to conceal the banks’ illegal actions.
