Third ministerial meeting in ‘3+3 format’ is being prepared – Lavrov

Preparations are underway for the third ministerial meeting of the “3+3 format” on the South Caucasus, and Moscow is in favor of the next two meetings to be held in Yerevan and Baku, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during a joint press conference with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan.

“We talked about where the third meeting in the 3+3 format could take place. I believe that Armenia and Azerbaijan, both eager to host the event, can reach an agreement between themselves, and we are ready to facilitate this on the sequence of the meeting. We support holding the next two events in the capitals of Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Lavrov said.
