Pyunik women’s team wins their first Champions League qualifiers

The Pyunik women’s team from Yerevan started their Champions League qualifiers with a victory, defeating Bulgaria’s NSA Sofia 1-0.

The only goal came in the 91st minute, scored by Veronika Asatryan, earning three important points for the team.

Pyunik’s next game will be on August 3, where they will face the winner of the Ljuboten-Runavik match.
