Export of agricultural products from Russia to EAEU countries increased by 10%: Armenia’s share reached 5%

In January-May this year, Russia increased its agricultural exports to EAEU countries by 10% compared to the same period last year, reaching a total value of over $3.2 billion.

According to the Russian Federal Center “Agroexport”, the main direction of supplies were Belarus and Kazakhstan, accounting for 45% and 43% of the total, respectively. Kyrgyzstan received 7% of the exports.

Wheat (over $15 mln), chocolate (over $13 mln) and flour-based confectionery products (over $12 mln) were mainly exported to Armenia.
