Maestro Orbelian to perform in Peru’s capital

On August 23, Lima will host a dazzling musical event as renowned conductor Konstantin Orbelian takes the stage at the Municipal Theater. Joined by the theater’s orchestra and American tenor Jonathan Tetelman, the maestro will present a program featuring arias from classic operas such as Fedora by Umberto Giordano and Tosca, Manon Lescaut, and Turandot by Giacomo Puccini.

Konstantin Orbelian is an internationally acclaimed figure. He currently serves as the General and Artistic Director of the New York City Opera, Principal Conductor of the Kaunas Symphony Orchestra in Lithuania, and Music Director of the Israel Symphony Chamber Orchestra.
