Julia Sedefdjian among featured chefs at Rock en Seine 2025

French chef of Armenian descent, Julia Sedefdjian, has been selected as one of four culinary masters invited to present their signature dishes at the prestigious Rock en Seine 2025 festival.

The event takes place from August 20 to 24 in the picturesque Domaine National de Saint-Cloud, a park near Paris recognized as one of the most beautiful in Europe.

Back in 2016, Julia became the youngest chef in France to be awarded a Michelin star at just 21 years old. Two years later, she opened her own restaurant, Baieta, in Paris, which earned its own Michelin star in July 2025.
