Tourism in Armenia: results from January to July 2025

From January to July 2025, Armenia welcomed 1,170,727 tourists, showing a slight decrease compared to the same period last year (1,183,765 visitors). Despite this overall decline, July showed a positive trend: 263,592 tourists visited the country, surpassing July 2024’s figure of 237,603.

Russia remained the leading source of tourists, contributing 452,984 visitors, accounting for 39% of the total. Georgia followed with 158,121 tourists (14%), while Iran ranked third with 96,617 visitors (9%).
