The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry claims that the OSCE has decided to shut down the Minsk Group and its related structures.

According to the information, this decision was made by the OSCE Ministerial Council, and “all previously adopted OSCE decisions related to the former Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict lose their validity and shall no longer be applied.” The OSCE Secretariat is expected to complete the “dissolution” of the group no later than December 1, 2025.

The Minsk Group is a group of OSCE member states leading efforts to find a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
