PSRC Chairman abuses his authority – Armen Feroyan

We have sufficient grounds to conclude that the actions of the Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) bear signs of a potential criminal offense, stated lawyer Armen Feroyan during a press conference held by the legal team representing the owner of ENA.

He noted that the issue specifically concerns the abuse of official powers.

“In the near future, we will submit a report on the crime,” Feroyan added.
