‘With the 10-million dram certificate, I barely managed to buy this damp house’ – displaced person from Artsakh

During a survey conducted in Ashotsk, one of the displaced individuals from Artsakh shared details about his living conditions.

According to him, raising a child in such conditions is extremely difficult: “The 92,000 dram allowance is not even enough for diapers. I have not received anything from the state except the certificate. With the 10-million dram certificate, I barely managed to buy this damp house.”

He added that today the authorities are not only targeting people from Artsakh but the entire population. “Seeing all this, I can no longer imagine what Mr. Pashinyan might bring upon the people,” he said.
