Alexander Kochubayev released from detention

The preventive measure against Alexander Kochubayev has been changed from detention to a restriction on leaving his place of residence, lawyer Erik Aleksanyan reports.

“Alexander Kochubayev will soon be released and reunited with his wife,” the lawyer said on social media.
