Today marks 26th anniversary of enthronement of His Holiness Catholicos of All Armenians

Today, November 4, marks the 26th anniversary of the enthronement of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians.

“With filial humility, we congratulate the Catholicos of All Armenians on the 26th anniversary of his enthronement, wishing the Patriarch, elected by the entire nation, many years of health, strength, and inexhaustible spiritual energy, so that he may continue to guide the Armenian ark safely and steadfastly through turbulent waves toward the promised harbor of the Lord.

In these difficult times, may the All-Merciful God be with His Holiness, to shepherd the faithful flock of all Armenians, illuminating the Armenian land with new God-given creations and enriching our lives with countless blessings, graces, and divine gifts—for the glory of Christ, for the glory of our Holy Church, and for the building of our Homeland.

May the Almighty, by His mercy, preserve unshaken the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and keep flourishing the episcopal staff of the Armenian Patriarch,” reads the message distributed by the press office of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
