Karen Torosyan named Gault & Millau Belgium’s Chef of the Year 2025

Belgian chef of Armenian origin Karen Torosyan has received the prestigious Chef of the Year 2025 award from the French guide Gault&Millau.
His restaurant Bozar, located in the historic Palace of Fine Arts in Brussels, earned 17.5 points out of 20. Torosyan, already a two-Michelin-starred chef, can now add the title “Chef of the Year” to his achievements.
The award ceremony was held at Brussels Expo, bringing together more than 2,000 chefs, journalists, and representatives of the restaurant industry.
