If concessions continue, Armenia will lose both Syunik and Sevan – Harut Sassounian

Pashinyan’s PR campaign failed because the “Prayer Breakfast” meeting still took place and was attended by many people, however, the event also featured criticism directed at the Armenian government, Harut Sassounian, editor-in-chief and publisher of the California Courier newspaper, told Alpha News.

“For seven years now, we’ve been hearing slogans like ‘democracy’ and ‘peace’ everywhere, while there is neither democracy nor peace in Armenia. Pashinyan is once again trying to deceive the people,” Sassounian said.

According to him, Pashinyan will not bring peace because he serves the interests of Azerbaijan.

Harut Sassounian further emphasized that Pashinyan acts as the executor of Aliyev’s will and does not say “no” to any of his demands.

“If these concessions continue, Armenia will lose both Syunik and Sevan,” he added.
