The World of Fine Wine magazine has dedicated a feature to Armenia and its rich winemaking tradition.
British journalist Anastasia Edwards went beyond a typical journey: she conducted an in‑depth, multi‑day exploration of the country’s history and culture through the lens of wine, meeting with winemakers and seeking to understand their philosophy.
The article highlights wineries such as Gevorkian Winery, Old Bridge, Kataro, Stork, Alluria, Zorah Winery, Yacoubian Hobbs, and others. Among the wines singled out are Keush Extremis Rosé, Keush Ultra Blanc de Noir, Yeraz 2019, Kataro 2021, Stork Areni Montepulciano, and Stork Kangoun. The journalist was also impressed by Armenia’s cultural and historical landmarks, including the Areni‑1 cave, Noravank Monastery, the Vernissage market, the History Museum of Armenia, the Lavash restaurant, and the InVino wine bar.
