Putin sends wreath to farewell ceremony for Nikita Simonyan

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a wreath to the farewell ceremony for legendary Spartak football player and coach of Ararat Yerevan, Olympic champion of 1956, Nikita Simonyan.

A memorial service is being held at Moscow’s Lukoil Arena stadium to honor the football legend. Nikita Simonyan passed away on November 23 at the age of 99.
