Armenia records lowest transportation growth among EAEU countries

Cargo and passenger transportation continues to grow across the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

In the first three quarters of 2025, the total passenger turnover across the EAEU increased by 0.6% compared to the same period last year. The highest growth was recorded in Kazakhstan (8.8%), Belarus (6.5%), and Kyrgyzstan (3.8%).

Armenia, however, saw an increase of only 0.1%, the lowest rate among all member states.

Cargo transportation also showed growth: Kyrgyzstan rose by 12.5%, Kazakhstan by 12.1%. Overall, across the EAEU, the figure increased by 0.2%.
