Samvel Shahramanyan visits Yerablur Military Pantheon

Former president of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan visited the Yerablur Military Pantheon and laid flowers at the Call of Artsakh memorial.

Today marks the Artsakh Independence Referendum Day and the Constitution Day.

Shahramanyan was accompanied by President of the Artsakh National Assembly Ashot Danielyan, State Minister Nzhde Iskandaryan, members of parliament, as well as public figures of Artsakh.
