Motion to dismiss case against Vardan Ghukasyan to be submitted to prosecutor

Zaruhi Postanjyan, the lawyer of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, announced that a motion to dismiss the case against him will be presented to the supervising prosecutor.

“The investigator informed that he intends to submit a motion to the supervising prosecutor to dismiss the case against Vardan Ghukasyan,” she said in her video message.
