Who will lead coalition in 2026 parliamentary elections? Ishkhan Saghatelyan’s clarification

Ishkhan Saghatelyan, representative of the ARF Armenia Central Committee, presenting the statement of the ARF’s 29th Supreme Assembly, noted that the ARF will participate in the 2026 parliamentary elections in a coalition format.

When asked who will lead the coalition and with which other forces negotiations are currently underway, Saghatelyan said:

“There is no decision on that yet. The ARF has decided to participate in a coalition format, and in order to understand the process, we need to hold discussions and negotiations to reach a conclusion. All these issues will be discussed and a final decision will be made.”
