Two deaths of Armenians in Iran have been confirmed – Zareh Sinanyan

One death has been confirmed, I believe the second has also been confirmed, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan said on Thursday.

“There are reports of more casualties, but we do not have precise information,” he said.

He noted that communication with the Armenian Embassy in Iran has been cut off, and information is coming only through individuals arriving on flights from Iran.
