Investigation into Samvel Karapetyan’s case concluded: Aram Vardevanyan

The preliminary investigation into Samvel Karapetyan’s case has been concluded and spans 135 volumes, according to his attorney Aram Vardevanyan.

“We were given approximately 15 hours to review these ‘volumes.’ Incidentally, by doing so, the Investigative Committee has effectively acknowledged that this case has nothing to do with Samvel Karapetyan,” the attorney said.
