The ESA case carries a clear political subtext: David Kazinyan

David Kazinyan, a member of the Strong Armenia party council, and attorney Aram Orbelyan held a joint press conference at which they presented the latest developments surrounding Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC.

Kazinyan described the situation around ESA as “a process lost by a small group.” Speaking to journalists, he said that in this process “the authorities lost one hundred percent,” stressing that not only had they presented their arguments and evidence, but the court had also placed them on the record.

Kazinyan expressed his conviction that the matter carries an unmistakable political subtext. “I believe that, apart from those with a vested interest, no one in the Republic of Armenia will doubt the political dimension of this issue,” he said.
