Narek Mantashyan on campaign violations by the ruling force

Employees of the Yerevan city hall’s public order service are putting up campaign posters of prime minister Nikol Pashinyan on the walls of Yerevan buildings.

Videos to that effect were shared by Narek Mantashyan, a candidate for parliament from the Armenia bloc.

“The electoral campaign has barely begun and violations have already started. During working hours, city hall employees are busy campaigning for Pashinyan, putting up posters of him showing heart gestures,” Mantashyan added.
