The HayaQve initiative will help Artsakh residents with passports

The HayaQve national-civic initiative has offered assistance to compatriots from Artsakh who are facing difficulties obtaining passports ahead of the parliamentary elections.

“If you wish to take part in the upcoming parliamentary elections but do not have a new Republic of Armenia passport, you may contact the central office of the HayaQve national-civic initiative for consultation and legal support,” the announcement reads.
