Armenian identity has been destroyed by the current pro-Turkish authorities: Melik Garagavoryan

These parliamentary elections are not ordinary, they are fateful. This is what Melik Garagavoryan, a public figure from the Diaspora, said in a conversation with Alpha News.

“Today our problem is not only the programs and approaches of political parties, but the preservation of our Homeland. Our problem is Armenian identity, the national value system, which has been destroyed by the current pro-Turkish authorities,” Garagavoryan noted.

Touching on the course and nature of the elections, he noted that a number of political parties are campaigning calmly and consistently, while Pashinyan’s statements raise the question of where the notorious “bastion of democracy” has gone.

“But, unfortunately, having taken to the square again, this clown, Nikol Pashinyan, has destroyed the entire political culture of the election campaign. It is interesting where the concept of the so-called ‘bastion of democracy’ ends up when it comes to his offensive and defamatory statements,” the public figure added.
