“I want these elections not to become a missed opportunity for us”: Arman Tatoyan

The parliamentary elections taking place in Armenia are truly historic, said Arman Tatoyan, the Wings of Unity party’s candidate for prime minister, in a conversation with journalists after voting.

“Today we are defining our future, what kind of country we will build for ourselves and our children. One principle has always guided me in life: it is far worse when you have the opportunity to change something, to restore justice, to take some step, but you let that opportunity slip away. It is not possible to get it back afterwards,” Tatoyan said.

According to him, it is often better to do something and then regret it, than not to do it and regret it for the rest of your life.

“I want these elections not to become a missed opportunity for us, because this matters for each one of us, especially for our youth, if they want us to truly live in a country that ensures a safe future,” Tatoyan said.
