A stranger had been registered at the residence of Robert Kocharyan, the second president of Armenia. Since early morning, complaints have also been coming in from other residents who report that people unknown to them have been registered at their addresses as well.

“There is no person by the name of Knarik Petrosyan in President Kocharyan’s family, and she could not possibly have been registered at this address. Registration requires the owner’s consent, and this is yet another piece of evidence of the authorities’ corrupt practice of mass-registering strangers at other people’s addresses. It has gotten to the point where they are doing this even at the president’s home,” said Bagrat Mikoyan, head of Kocharyan’s office, in a conversation with News.5tv. am.
