Statement by the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs on the progress of the elections

As of June 7, 2:00 PM, the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ operational control center received 29 signals via the 112 hotline and the 87-67 hotline. Six cases of double voting and 5 violations of ballot secrecy were recorded. Documents have been drawn up on these matters and forwarded to the investigative authorities; 6 people have been detained.

121 reports of alleged violations have been received and are currently under review. Publications in the media and on social networks related to the elections are being additionally reviewed.

Operations of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

🔹1,326 people submitted applications to be included in the supplementary voter lists.
🔹752 citizens received temporary identity documents (Form No. 9) to participate in the elections.
🔹The Migration and Citizenship Service’s call center (number 84-22) received 820 calls regarding the organization and conduct of the elections.
🔹316 citizens were provided with consultations at the service’s offices and the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ mobile offices.
