“We are beginning political consultations with political forces to develop a unified agenda and course of action”: Gagik Tsarukyan

The leader of the Prosperous Armenia party has issued a statement outlining the party’s upcoming steps.

“Dear compatriots, dear people, we entered this political fight fairly, but all possible unlawful measures have been and continue to be used against us. I want to assure you that we will continue to defend your vote of confidence by every means not prohibited by law. This is no longer just a problem for the Prosperous Armenia party, it is a problem of all post-election developments in Armenia, a problem for all of us. Our team will be working actively today and in the coming days, cooperating with all of our opposition partners.

I express my gratitude to all political forces, public figures, and media outlets that have shown us their support since last night.

Our legal teams are working on all possible appeals and legal proceedings. We are beginning political consultations with political forces to develop a unified agenda and course of action,” Tsarukyan’s statement reads.
