The Unity Wings party will appeal to the Constitutional Court demanding that the election results be declared invalid, party representative Liparit Drmeyan said during a press conference.
“We will defend the 33,537 votes cast for us. People trusted us and believed in us, and we will act to the end by all legal means to protect these votes,” he said.
According to Drmeyan, the Unity Wings party considers the Central Election Commission’s June 14 decision illegitimate.
“We will act to the end by all means not prohibited by law to protect the votes cast for us, including by appealing to the Constitutional Court,” he said, adding that the election results do not reflect the true will of the voters.
