Two Constitutional Court judges recuse themselves from election results challenge case

Two Constitutional Court judges are not taking part in the hearing of the case challenging the election results.

According to a Constitutional Court ruling, Artak Zeynalyan and Vladimir Vardanyan have shown bias toward a party to the case, their representative, and other participants in the proceedings.

The Constitutional Court has also joined the Civil Contract party to the case as a third party.
