Constitutional Court partially grants “Strong Armenia” party’s motion

The Constitutional Court has partially granted the motion filed by the “Strong Armenia” party in the case contesting the results of the June 7 parliamentary elections.

The court has ordered the Central Electoral Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia to submit data and clarifications on the following:

🔹 16,738 voters whose personal data and polling location were kept confidential;

🔹 The oversight mechanisms that were meant to prevent them from voting more than once;

🔹 79,125 cases in which voter data was entered into the system manually;

🔹 The reasons for manual entry, the documents on the basis of which it was carried out, and the mechanisms for preventing repeat or unlawful voting.

This data was to be submitted by June 24.
