CC declines to discuss the disqualification of judges Safaryan and Khachaturyan from hearing the election results case

The Constitutional Court has refused to discuss the disqualification of judges Seda Safaryan and David Khachaturyan from hearing the case concerning the election results.

The matter was raised at the court session by Aram Vardevanyan, attorney and representative of Strong Armenia.

The court did not consider the situation involving Safaryan and Khachaturyan to be analogous to that of judges Artak Zeynalyan and Vladimir Vardanyan, who had previously been recused from the proceedings.
