Ghukasyan interfered with the lawful activities of an official, criminal case opened: Investigative Committee

Vardan Ghukasyan, the incarcerated mayor of Gyumri, interfered with the lawful performance of duties by an official during a court hearing, in connection with which a criminal case has been opened. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of the RA.
