The band System of a Down performed in France for the first time in nine years, drawing full houses at their shows. The American group with Armenian roots, Serj Tankian, Daron Malakian, Shavo Odadjian, and John Dolmayan, performed their best-known hits and also incorporated elements of national music into the program.
Fragments of the traditional Armenian songs “Hey Jan Ghapama” and “Aman Telo” were performed on stage. The audience enthusiastically supported the performance, dancing both in the fan zone and in the stands.
Videos from the concerts quickly spread across social media, highlighting the atmosphere of unity and cultural celebration.
