Prosecutor dropped tax-related charge against Gagik Tsarukyan on grounds of unlawfulness: lawyer

PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan has been brought from the Yerevan-Kentron Penitentiary Institution to the RA Investigative Committee for questioning, though the defense team does not know which case this concerns.

“They didn’t say specifically which episode, but they said an additional interrogation needs to be conducted; what actions will be taken during this time remains to be seen. We assume it concerns fraud, money laundering, and something similar,” said lawyer Yerem Sargsyan in the courtyard of the Investigative Committee.
