Karen Karagulian joins Matthew McConaughey and Zoe Saldana in new Netflix comedy

Armenian actor Karen Karagulian has joined the cast of the Netflix romantic comedy “Positano,” starring Matthew McConaughey and Zoe Saldana in the lead roles, reports Deadline.

Daniel Roher, an Academy Award winner, is directing the project, which also stars Salvatore Esposito, Michele Savoia, and Lorenzo de Moor.

The film follows a jewel thief who agrees to help a mysterious woman pull off a daring heist. This collaboration disrupts the hero’s carefree life and leads to an outcome that involves more than just money.

As a reminder, Karagulian will soon be seen in David Fincher’s “The Adventures of Cliff Booth” (releasing in theaters in November 2026) and in Adam Shankman’s Christmas comedy “The Bag Man” (release date: December 2026).
