Another promise by Narek Karapetyan, member of the council of the Strong Armenia party, has been fulfilled. As of today, free transportation is operating, providing transport from the city of Stepanavan in Lori Province to Lori Berd, Lejan, Agarak, and the villages of Yagdan and Koghes, and back.
