Famous economist Nassim Taleb refused to give a lecture in Azerbaijan

World-renowned economist and publicist, author of the book “The Black Swan” Nassim Taleb refused to give a lecture in Azerbaijan.

“I was asked to go to Azerbaijan for a lecture. I refused. They significantly increased their offer, not understanding my ethics, thinking that would change something. I will not step into Azerbaijan while Ruben Vardanyan is in prison there,” Taleb wrote on social network X.
