Those gathered in the courtyard of the Etchmiadzin court greeted the Catholicos with applause and shouts of “Vehapar!”

Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, was accompanied by the bishops named in the same case.

Following this, those gathered spontaneously performed the hymn in defense of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, and then together recited the “Our Father” prayer.
