Civil Contract will provide the votes to elect Vardevanyan as deputy speaker: Manavazyan

Despite our previous positions and criticism from the opposition, our faction has decided to support the opposition’s candidate for deputy speaker. This was stated in the National Assembly by Arusyak Manavazyan, head of the “Civil Contract” faction.

“The ‘Civil Contract’ faction has decided to vote ‘in favor’ with sufficient votes, that is, to ensure support for the opposition’s deputy speaker in this election. Among other things, we took into account the absence of Artur Sargsyan, who is under house arrest. And, of course, I’ll add that you didn’t support a single one of our three candidates, even though they were more than worthy,” Arusyak Manavazyan noted.
