“Karki is not Armenian territory”: Pashinyan on Tigranashen

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during a briefing, again touched on the topic of the so-called enclaves, noting that “Karki” (Tigranashen, Ararat region of Armenia) is not an Armenian village.

“There are maps reflecting the territories of Armenia and Azerbaijan, and it was based on these maps that we carried out the demarcation in the Kirants section. According to these maps, Artsvashen is the territory of Armenia, while Karki (Tigranashen), Barkhudarlu, and Yukhary Askipara (Verin Voskepar) are not,” he said.
