There has been a certain amount of hype surrounding energy infrastructure, in particular around “ENA,” which, for obvious political reasons, was, to put it mildly, excessive. The question now arises: why isn’t the same approach being applied in the case of “Veolia”? This was stated in parliament by Aram Vardevanyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly.
