“What mathematical tricks did you use to steal the votes of the PAP?”: Agnesa Khamoyan to CEC chairman

Agnesa Khamoyan, MP from the “Armenia” faction, addressed Vahagn Hovakimyan, Chairman of the Central Election Commission, during a National Assembly session.
“About 60,000 citizens also expressed their will. You cite the Venice Commission and say that a full or partial annulment of election results must be an exceptional and proportionate measure. I’m curious how the proportionality of annulling the election results was assessed?” she asked.
According to Khamoyan, the Venice Commission holds that annulling elections must not violate the rights of voters who have already made their choice.
“What mathematical tricks did you use to steal the votes of the PAP? How did you manage to push the third opposition force out of this chamber?” the MP concluded.
