Armenia suspends passport issuance in Russia

Starting Oct. 5, 2026, the issuance and replacement of passports through the Embassy and consular offices of the Republic of Armenia in Russia, including applications by video link, will be temporarily suspended due to the introduction of a new biometric document system in Armenia.
